1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by WorldTeachPathways dba WorldTeachESL LLC (“WorldTeachPathways,” “WTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Atticus™ platform, the Atticus™ diagnostic tool, the Atticus™ reasoning engine, and any related sites, subdomains, pages, and features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

WorldTeachPathways dba WorldTeachESL LLC is the architect, designer, and owner of the Atticus™ platform and of all intellectual property associated with it. All content on the Services — including but not limited to the Atticus™ name and word mark, the Atticus owl mark, the WorldTeachPathways and WorldTeachESL names and logos, all text, copy, headlines, diagnostic questions, reasoning prompts, testimonials, case studies, frameworks, methodologies (including the “Five Patterns” framework), illustrations, photographs, graphics, animations, audio, video, software, code, design elements, layouts, color systems, typographic choices, look-and-feel, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation of any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Content”) — is owned by WorldTeachPathways dba WorldTeachESL LLC or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Content or any WorldTeachPathways or Atticus™ trademarks, service marks, or trade dress. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Limited License

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Services on a single device for your personal, non-commercial informational use and, if you are a prospective client, for the purpose of evaluating whether to engage WorldTeachPathways. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or create derivative works of any Content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not, and will not authorize, enable, or assist any third party to:

1. Copy, reproduce, download, save, scrape, harvest, index, mirror, republish, distribute, upload, transmit, rent, lease, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in Section 3.
2. Create any derivative work based on the Services or any Content, including but not limited to cloning, rebranding, translating, or producing substantially similar copy, layouts, visual designs, diagnostic flows, or methodologies.
3. Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, data-mining tool, automated process, headless browser, or similar technology to access, search, index, or collect any portion of the Services or any Content without our prior written consent.
4. Use the Services or any Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence model, machine learning system, large language model, embedding database, or similar technology. This restriction is a material condition of access, and is also asserted through machine-readable signals such as our robots.txt file, ai.txt, meta tags, and HTTP headers.
5. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, authentication, or access-control feature of the Services.
6. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying prompts, weights, models, or trade secrets of Atticus™ or any other software used to provide the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
7. Frame, mirror, deep-link, or embed the Services in a manner that misrepresents their origin or affiliation, or that implies endorsement by WorldTeachPathways without our prior written permission.
8. Use the Services to transmit any unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious content, or to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
9. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary-rights notice on or in the Services.

5. Trademarks

“Atticus,” “Atticus™,” the Atticus owl mark, “AtticusOS,” “AtticusLMS,” “AtticusLLS,” “AtticusEnroll,” “AtticusCE,” “AtticusWP,” “AtticusM,” “WorldTeachPathways,” “WorldTeachESL,” and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WorldTeachPathways dba WorldTeachESL LLC or its affiliates. You may not use any such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6. User Submissions

If you submit information to the Services — for example, by answering Atticus’s diagnostic questions, completing the intake form, or contacting us — you grant WorldTeachPathways a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that information for the purpose of providing, improving, and marketing the Services, and of preparing for a potential advisory engagement with you. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. No Advisory Relationship; Disclaimers

The Services, including any output generated by Atticus™, are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing displayed on or generated by the Services constitutes legal, regulatory, accreditation, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice, and no attorney-client, consulting, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Services. Any engagement with WorldTeachPathways is governed by a separate, written services agreement.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDTEACHPATHWAYS DBA WORLDTEACHESL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Enforcement; Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that any violation of Section 2, 3, 4, or 5 will cause WorldTeachPathways irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, and you agree that we will be entitled to seek injunctive relief and specific performance, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, without the requirement of posting a bond.

10. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

If you believe that any material on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at Contact@worldteachpathways.com. Notices that do not comply with the statute may be disregarded.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any suspected violation of these Terms. Sections 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
