Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 19, 2026

WorldTeachPathways dba WorldTeachESL LLC (“WorldTeachPathways,” “WTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Atticus™ platform, the intake form, the diagnostic conversation, the scheduling flow, and any related services we operate (the “Services”).

1. Who We Are

The Services are designed, developed, and operated by WorldTeachPathways dba WorldTeachESL LLC. Atticus™ and the Atticus mark are trademarks of WorldTeachPathways. We are the data controller for information collected through the Services, unless a different controller is identified in a specific engagement.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use the Services.

Information you provide

  • Intake form submissions. Name, email address, phone number, role, institution name, and any details you share about your school or situation when you complete the intake form.
  • Diagnostic conversation. Answers you type into the Atticus™ diagnostic chat, including information about your school, enrollment, accreditation, operations, and any question you want to put to the advisory team.
  • Scheduling information. When you book a call, the time slot and any information you enter in the scheduling tool (for example, your name and email).
  • Correspondence. Messages you send to us by email or through a contact form.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and similar technical data, collected through our hosting and analytics providers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage strictly to operate the site (for example, to keep your place in the diagnostic conversation). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate the Services, including the diagnostic chat, intake form, and scheduling flow;
  • Prepare the advisory team for your call (the intake information and diagnostic answers are the brief);
  • Respond to inquiries, deliver the services you request, and provide follow-up communications;
  • Improve the Services, including the quality of Atticus’s reasoning, the clarity of our questions, and the usability of the site;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues;
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances below.

  • Service providers. We use vetted third-party vendors to host and operate the Services. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. These currently include:
    • Vercel — site hosting and delivery.
    • Supabase — secure database storage for intake records and diagnostic answers.
    • Anthropic — the Claude API that powers the Atticus™ diagnostic conversation. Messages you send during the diagnostic are transmitted to Anthropic to generate responses. Anthropic does not train its models on API inputs by default.
    • Calendly — call scheduling.
  • Engaged advisors. When you book a call, the relevant intake and diagnostic information is shared with the advisor assigned to your call so they can come prepared. Advisors are bound by confidentiality.
  • Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where necessary and subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WorldTeachPathways, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • With your consent. In any other case where you direct us to share information.

5. Data Retention

We retain intake submissions and diagnostic records for as long as necessary to provide the Services, respond to you, and maintain reasonable business records. We may retain information longer where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information in our care, including encryption in transit, access controls, and a principle of least-privilege for who can read submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format, where applicable;
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for residents of the EEA or UK) or your state attorney general.

To exercise any of these rights, email Contact@worldteachpathways.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA (the “CCPA”), gives you rights of access, deletion, correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise your CCPA rights by contacting us at the address above.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are directed at school owners, operators, and administrators — not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and potentially other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

11. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. Review the privacy policies of any third party before providing information to them.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry consensus on how to interpret these signals, and we do not currently respond to them. We do, however, limit the data we collect to what is necessary to operate the Services.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
