Atticus\u2122 for NACCAS
NACCAS Placement Verification
NACCAS is rate-driven. Standard I requires at least a 50% graduation rate, 70% licensure rate, and 60% placement rate, calculated by NACCAS methodology and certified on the annual report — and NACCAS audits reported figures through its CARD process. A school that cannot produce the verification behind a placement does not have that placement. Atticus keeps the verification with the record.
From $10 per student per month · no licenses, no seat fees.
How Atticus keeps NACCAS rates defensible
Rates by NACCAS methodology
Graduation, licensure, and placement calculated on the NACCAS cohort definitions, per program, all year — not only when the annual report opens.
Verification per graduate
Employer name, contact, position, and date of verification attached to each placement; exam results attached to each licensure count.
CARD-ready
When NACCAS pulls your school for a Certification of Annual Report Data audit, the supporting documents are already filed under each student.
Low-outcomes early warning
A program drifting toward the 50/70/60 line is flagged with an owner and an action plan months before it becomes a monitoring letter.

Common questions
NACCAS compliance FAQ
What are the NACCAS minimum outcome rates?
Under Standard I, Criterion 5: at least 50% graduation, 70% licensure, and 60% placement. Falling below puts a school into low-outcomes monitoring with a compliance deadline tied to its longest program.
What is the CARD process?
NACCAS's Certification of Annual Report Data audit — a random verification of the figures a school reported. Atticus keeps each outcome's supporting document on the student record, so a CARD request is an export.
How is placement verified?
Employer, position, and contact recorded at placement and confirmed at follow-up; the confirmation is stored with the placement. Atticus does not count a placement without it.
Does Atticus work for barber and esthetics programs too?
Yes — any NACCAS-accredited program. Rates are computed per program on the same methodology.
Every placement verified. Every rate defensible.
