Atticus™ for compliance
Student Records Management
Most schools do not lose an accreditation review because a rule was broken. They lose it because the evidence is spread across an SIS, an LMS, spreadsheets, email, and a filing cabinet, and nobody can produce it before the deadline. Atticus is the single governed system of record: every student event is captured once, dated, locked, and linked to the student file it belongs to.
From $10 per student per month · no licenses, no seat fees.
What a governed student file looks like
One file per student, every event inside it
Enrollment, attendance, grades, SAP, interventions, placement, ledger, and signed documents all live on the same record — no reconciliation between systems.
Append-only with full history
Records are never overwritten. Every change is versioned, timestamped, and attributed, so the file tells the truth about when things happened.
Documents locked at signature
Enrollment agreements and disclosures are hashed and preserved with the catalog version they were signed under.
Producible on demand
Any student file, or the whole cohort, exports to an examiner-formatted binder in one click.
Common questions
Student records FAQ
Is Atticus a student information system?
It is the compliance layer above one. Atticus can replace a basic SIS or sit beside it; either way it is the authoritative record accreditors review.
How long are records retained?
Retention follows your accreditor's and state's schedule, configured per document type, and records are never deleted before that period ends.
Can staff still make corrections?
Yes — as versioned entries with a reason. The original remains visible in the history, which is what makes the file defensible.
What do examiners actually get?
A dated, attributed history per student and a one-click binder formatted for ACCSC, COE, NACCAS, ABHES, CIE, BPSS, or Title IV review.
One record. Every event. Ready before they ask.
