How it works

From scattered records to audit-ready.

Our proven five-step process takes you from overwhelmed with tech to running a fully automated, AI-powered school — without the headaches.

Atticus™ centralizes registration, attendance, SAP, placement, student records, faculty credentials, and complaints into one audit-ready governance system aligned with ACCSC, COE, NACCAS, ABHES, CIE, BPSS, and Title IV workflows. Here is exactly how a school gets there — from the first diagnostic call to the day examiners arrive and you click instead of scramble.

The process

Five steps to a defensible system of record

Every engagement follows the same proven path. No mystery, no open-ended project — a clear sequence from first call to a live system that holds up under review.

01
Step 01

Diagnostic Call

30–45 min

We start with a focused compliance assessment — your programs, your accreditor, and where evidence is at risk today. No pressure, just a clear read on where you stand before your next review.

  • Map your accreditor(s) and Title IV obligations
  • Pinpoint where records are missing, manual, or reconstructed after the fact
  • Surface the standards most likely to draw a finding
  • Define what an audit-defensible system looks like for your school
02
Step 02

Compliance Blueprint

3–5 days

We turn the diagnostic into a tailored plan: which of the eight modules you need, how your accreditor standards map to each one, what data migrates, and the commercial terms — all before a single record moves.

  • Standards-to-module mapping for your accreditor and Title IV
  • Configuration scope: SAP rules, attendance policy, placement criteria
  • Data-migration plan and LMS integration scope
  • Timeline, milestones, and clear per-student pricing
03
Step 03

Configure & Migrate

1–2 weeks

We stand up your system of record — configuring the modules, migrating student records, and connecting your existing tools — so every requirement maps to a place where the evidence lives.

  • Registration, attendance, SAP, placement, records, faculty, and complaints configured
  • Historical student data migrated and reconciled
  • Most LMS and third-party integrations connected
  • SAP evaluation, attendance, and last-date-of-attendance rules set to your policy
04
Step 04

Onboard & Go Live

2–3 days

Your team is trained, the system goes live, and the discipline begins: every student event is captured the moment it happens and locked the moment it’s captured — no more end-of-term scramble.

  • Role-based staff training for compliance, education, and front office
  • Go-live with monitoring and launch-day support
  • Documentation and guides for every workflow
  • Records become dated, locked, and defensible from day one
05
Step 05

Monitor & Defend

Ongoing

Atticus keeps watch between visits — tracking SAP, attendance, placement, and deadlines — and produces the evidence on demand when an accreditor or the Department asks. You run the school; the record defends itself.

  • Continuous SAP, attendance, and placement monitoring
  • Deadline and escalation alerts before they become findings
  • One-click evidence production for site visits and program reviews
  • Ongoing support and new-requirement updates as standards change

The payoff

Built for the day examiners arrive.

When examiners arrive, the gap between a finding and a clean review is whether the evidence is already there. Atticus makes sure it is — every time.

Captured & locked

Audit-defensible by default

Every event is captured the moment it happens and locked the moment it’s captured — never reconstructed under deadline.

One record

One source of truth

Eight modules, one record. No gaps between systems, no spreadsheets standing in for evidence.

Seven frameworks

Aligned to your accreditor

Workflows built for ACCSC, COE, NACCAS, ABHES, CIE, BPSS, and Title IV — not a generic CRM bent to fit.

Evidence on demand

Click, don’t scramble

When examiners arrive, you produce dated, verifiable records on demand instead of rebuilding them overnight.

Common questions

How it works, in practice

How long does it take to go live?

Most schools move from blueprint to a live system of record in two to four weeks, depending on the size of your data migration and the number of integrations. The diagnostic and blueprint come first so there are no surprises.

Do we have to replace our current software?

Not necessarily. Atticus is the system of record for the events accreditation turns on. Many schools connect their existing LMS and tools; others consolidate onto Atticus over time. The blueprint defines the right path for you.

What happens to our existing student records?

They migrate into Atticus during the Configure & Migrate step, where they’re reconciled and dated so your historical evidence is as defensible as everything captured going forward.

Which schools is this built for?

Career, trade, and postsecondary schools accountable to accreditors such as ACCSC, COE, NACCAS, and ABHES, and to Title IV program reviews — the institutions that live or die by their evidence trail.
