Atticus\u2122 for ACCSC

ACCSC Compliance Software

ACCSC decides on outcomes. Every year your Graduation & Employment charts are rebuilt from cohort start dates, withdrawals, graduates, and employment records — and since 2023, at least half of your ‘employed in field’ graduates must be verified by an independent third party you did not choose from inside the school. Atticus keeps the record those charts come from, so the numbers are defensible before anyone verifies them.

From $10 per student per month · no licenses, no seat fees.

How Atticus keeps an ACCSC school review-ready

G&E charts from the record, not a spreadsheet

Cohort start, withdrawal, graduation, and placement dates live on the student file; the chart is a report, not a reconstruction.

Third-party verification packaged

Employer contact, position, start date, and in-field classification are on every placement, so the verifier's 50% sample is a file export, not a phone-tree.

Faculty qualification files

Credentials, licenses, and experience documented per instructor per program, the way Section VI examiners ask for them.

Complaints with a timeline

Every complaint captured at intake with owner, response, and resolution — the process ACCSC checks, not just the policy.

What ACCSC asks for

On the annual report and at the visit

  • Graduation & Employment charts per program (report year July 1 – June 30)
  • Independent third-party verification of at least 50% of ‘employed in field’ graduates
  • Faculty qualifications and the program advisory committee record
  • Student complaint log and how each was resolved
  • Catalog, enrollment agreement, and advertising that agree with each other

What the letters say

Common findings in ACCSC deficiency letters

  • Employment classifications the verifier could not confirm
  • Graduation rates below benchmark with no documented improvement plan
  • Missing or undated withdrawal determinations behind the G&E chart
  • Faculty teaching outside documented credentials
  • Advertising claims that outrun the catalog

Common questions

ACCSC compliance FAQ

Does Atticus do the third-party verification?

No — ACCSC requires the verifier to be independent of the school and its vendors. Atticus makes the verifier's job fast by keeping employer, contact, position, and start date on every placement so the sample can be worked directly from the export.

What are the ACCSC benchmark rates?

ACCSC publishes benchmark employment and graduation rates for the G&E chart; the employment benchmark is 70% and the graduation benchmark scales with program length. Falling below benchmark triggers reporting and an improvement plan — Atticus flags programs trending below benchmark during the year, not after.

When is the ACCSC annual report due?

The report covers the July 1 – June 30 year and is filed in the fall through ACCSC's portal. Because the data is on the record all year, Atticus schools are not rebuilding cohorts in October.

Can Atticus run beside our existing SIS?

Yes. Keep the SIS for scheduling and billing; Atticus owns attendance, SAP, placement, faculty files, complaints, and the binder — the parts ACCSC reviews.
